Operator Agreement
1. Introduction
This Operator Agreement governs your use of the PinWash platform as an Operator providing mobile car wash services. By applying to become an Operator and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, equipment, and legal compliance. You determine your own working hours and operating locations subject to platform standards.
Important: Worker classification laws in the EU may affect your status. We encourage you to seek independent legal or tax advice if you have questions.
3. Application and Approval
You must complete an application providing accurate personal information and identity documents. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. Approval does not guarantee ongoing access.
To be approved you must be at least 18, have the right to work in your operating jurisdiction, provide valid identity documents, meet any background checks, and have reliable transport and equipment.
4. Licences, Permits, and Insurance
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, permits, registrations, and insurance required to provide mobile car washing services in your operating area. This includes business registration, any local authority permits, vehicle and transport insurance, public liability insurance, and any environmental permits.
PinWash does not provide insurance coverage for Operators. We may request proof of compliance at any time.
5. Platform Standards
You agree to arrive within estimated wait times, perform washes to a professional standard using safe products, take required before-and-after photographs for every wash, treat Customers and their vehicles with care, and maintain equipment in good condition.
You must comply with all applicable environmental, health and safety, wastewater disposal, and licensing laws. You must not photograph people, private interiors, or unrelated vehicles except where unavoidable.
6. Earnings
You earn a percentage of each wash price as shown in the Operator App. PinWash deducts a platform fee per wash. An equipment contribution of [•] per wash is deducted toward the cost of PinWash branded equipment until ownership is achieved. Daily performance bonuses are available for completing high volumes of washes. Earnings depend entirely on customer demand and washes completed — no minimum earnings are guaranteed.
7. Session Management
You go live by selecting a Zone and confirming you are ready. Your GPS location is tracked during active sessions to enable customer tracking, job assignment, and safety functionality. Tracking stops when you end your session.
8. Damage Claims
You must cooperate fully with any damage claim investigation, provide your account of events and photographs, and respond promptly to our requests. Your before-and-after photographs are your primary protection in any dispute. You are personally responsible for damage caused by your negligence.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not accept payment directly from Customers outside the Platform, solicit Customers to book outside the Platform, share your account access, manipulate ratings or earnings, harass Customers, use unsafe cleaning products, or perform services other than those booked through the Platform.
10. Confidentiality
You must keep all Customer personal information confidential and use it only for completing the booked wash.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time by contacting operator@pinwash.co. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement, poor performance, unresolved damage claims, or any other reason. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
